Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my role, 15-20% below competive wage. Company needs to focus on comp analysis. Struggling to make ends meet because of the positive work environment but not sure how long I can hold out.

Meetings are always 11th hour without regard for schedules. Video conferencing does not work back to HQ meetings. Tasks and "mandatory work weekends" frequently announced after close of business on Friday. But we are all in the muck of chaos together so it remains palatable.

Better communication on projects they are working on.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really does care about their customers and employees, at least at the corporate level. I feel like everyone understands that it is a customer-centric organization. Without loyal customers, Lowe's would not be successful.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Team was able to align all face to face interviews on same day so a decision and offer were expedited.

All of our applicants get contacted within 1 week of applying. You don't have to worry about your application going into a "black hole" and never hearing back!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The first interviewer was stressed and clueless. No idea of geography of the area he was recruiting in. Seemed more like a telemarketer than HR. Once I got past the gate keeper - much more professional/positive experience.
