I really enjoy getting to engage with leaders in my area, and getting them excited about current and future careers at Lowe's. Our talent is our best asset!

All of our applicants get contacted within 1 week of applying. You don't have to worry about your application going into a "black hole" and never hearing back!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, Inclusion and Equity are starting to be more of a focus for the company. Lowe's has been a lot more willing to listen to feedback than it had in the past.
