i have worked at taco bell for almost 6 years. they routinely go against their own standards at the expense of their work force, this is very dependent on who the GM is but most good GM's are forced out for not producing desired results even if said results violate company policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
speaking just for the night shift we all work with each other and have each others back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
simply being Staffed correctly would be enough for me. you do not run a 2 person close on a Friday night not only is it against policy it isn't possible to do week after week making me feel like i am not paid enough to put up with this
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The GM i have, cares more for money than the crew that works for him. not a good long term plan. he allows the AGM to get away with things that no one should, including spit in a Door dash drivers face, cuss out customers and crew, sleep with crew members.. ect
