Full Time Supervisor's may need to step up and help since their hours was not cut.
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership! There is not any leadership just micro management
Review from Operations Dept
stop micro managing and splitting hairs over technicalities and or insufficient matters. In other words to the one that says the job can't be done... stop bothering the one that is actually getting thins done.
Review from Operations Dept
The pay is great and the health benefits are fantastic
Review from Operations Dept
What the union got us. Not what the ups gave us
Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept
The pay and benefits are very good.
Review from Operations Dept
Health care is great with the company
Review from Operations Dept
Never understood why only union employees get free insurance it should be all UPS employees
Review from Operations Dept
Quit trying to run a numbers game on your employees and appreciate and reward hard working people
Review from Operations Dept
Quit over working everyone there.
Review from Operations Dept
The system used for individual raises is ridiculous. full time supervisor rate their pt sups mid and end of year. the reviews are looked at as a chore for the FT sups and their feedback is cookie-cutter. The raises depend on that feedback, upper management does not show interest in rectifying.
Review from Operations Dept
Our pay is good, but as of recent. Our pay is not enough to counter the added work load as well as the mental and physical exhaustion.
Review from Operations Dept
they are predictable, work consistanly
Review from Operations Dept
They are there when you need them.
Review from Operations Dept
Cohesive and team driven enviroment
Review from Operations Dept
They are all hard working individuals.
Review from Operations Dept
The is no team here.
Review from Operations Dept
They are excellent people kind and outgoing for the benefit of others. SUPERVISORS ARE NOT MY COWORKERS BUT THEY ARE THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THE COMPANY
Review from Operations Dept
Most of our team is not on the aame page. Most of our team is very competitive woth one anotber where information is not shared. Our team could be better through better communication and transparency.
Review from Operations Dept
Better leadership for my shift
Review from Operations Dept
we need to be honest and not just push good employees to be better. some people do everything abd there is others who literally do nothing. but always harrasing the good employees to do better and "forgetting and hiding" the bad employees, especially during audits
Review from Operations Dept
Well first off they could stop being ignorant and actually help others when they are getting overwhelmed with work. It happens way to often that someone is one their phone while someone is getting destroyed on the sort aisle. They could be faster. Aware of surroundings. I could go on forever
Review from Operations Dept
Getting paid to job that is not hard to achieve

having a job, with its goal to be a driver
Review from Operations Dept
At the end of the day we can say we did the best we can with what we work with.
Review from Operations Dept
From a cultural standpoint, there is little to be positive about. As a driver, I am in survival mode.
Review from Operations Dept
The abusive behavior of management
Review from Operations Dept
Treat all employees with respect, improve work life balance.
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to change the way they communicate with employees you cannot belittle your employees and then expect them to be productive throughout their day. Management thinks they're superior to all employees it's sad
Review from Operations Dept
Get rid of managers who do not care about workers and supervisors who do not know their job

Review from Operations Dept
Make the interview process local.
Review from Operations Dept
Interviews are mostly conducted by employees without the appropriate training. There should be specially trained staff for this.
Review from Operations Dept
literally said can you lift 70 pounds, I replied yes and they hired me.
Review from Operations Dept
I guess interview process should be more professional

New CEO, then better trained to management team then to employee
Review from Operations Dept
Better training Better Full time Management Better atmosphere Equipment that isnt always broken Quit overworking people Allow management (part time sups) to have a break as well throughout the day Quit making employees scared to report injuries Quit sending hourlies home when theres still work
Review from Operations Dept
In the past, planning was only associated with savings. This led to shortages of labor and material. Clearly more emphasis must be placed on service and quality here.
Review from Operations Dept
Worry about freaking safety and our employees and customers before the bottom line. Some stuff is going to cost money sometimes. it happens
Review from Operations Dept
The work load doesn't allow the driver to properly service the customer anymore, and to have that "face of the company" approach. It's become "here's your stuff, go away".
Review from Operations Dept
I enjoy the fast-paced environment.
Review from Operations Dept
