Very poor. Employees are treated very poorly. Full time employees work every weekend. Your days off and hours change every 3 to 4 months. You are required to take an hour for lunch. Although many like this, I do not like being there for 9 hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The team leads and coaches are rewarded for the labor of the associates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just about everything. Better schedule, time and half for holidays, better leadership. An ethics committee that cared.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some are good others are not. A Lot of the dissatisfaction comes from the leadership, lack of appreciation, lack of follow through and micro y.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was not much of an interview. Merely tolde in order to get hired I had to completely open up my availability. Since it was the beginning of COVID, I did, but then I could not get any Sundays off. I am lucky to have 2 days off in a row.
