Walmart is not Walmart anymore we became too diverse and in doing so took the culture out of the company from hiring too many outside the company to executive levels and think they can read the Sam Walton book and understand. I’m sure Mr Sam would agree

I know what the men around me make which is a lot more! Also every year our health insurance price goes up and our coverage goes down!

The management do not communicate or work together adequately enough to have a productive outcome each day. Many times it is because they were not trained well enough and as such the supervisors they promote are not well trained either.
