What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is not much I do like about the leadership team. Most have little to no people skills and are entirely too busy to deal with issues that are brought to their attention. The reaction to issues makes it uncomfortable for anyone in the store to approach them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are undervalued on the human aspect. We are treated as if we are just bodies that can be replaced at a moments notice. The only way to get ahead at my location is to be a "yes boss" kind of person. Good work isn't noticed, or rewarded, unless you are one of our MGRs golden children.

I have a ton of experience in working in the Fresh departments in markets and I can do them all. I've trained new employees in the short about of time that I've been an employee and I'm constantly being told to work in other areas. Where's my pay increase?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people on my team are hard working and have common values. The ones who cause trouble are the entitled ones that are allowed to do whatever, whenever. It causes morale issues for those who are rule followers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to not discriminate against one another and actually help support each other and not have one single doubt because I have medical issues and they have other problems it's not something to be laughed about people sometimes can't change what's wrong with them but it's no need to be made fun

Some of my coworkers are very slow, lazy and incompetent. Instead of doing the things that they are trained to do, these idiots continue doing what they want to do. Bad attitudes and personal problems should be left at home. Store no. 3135 supervisor's need to be more hands on in training employees.

They're rude. They're lazy. They only go to work for a check so they don't take pride in their work. They don't rotate stock so we had items that were 3+ years expired on the shelves.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the environment are the people at the same level. Even what is shared as negatives becomes a bond for them. Unfortunately, however, that negative becomes a morale issue at department level.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For one, answer the phones then pass on whatever information to the HR Lead. Better and more incompetent HR Leads need to be hired. HR Leads shouldn't hire people based on their personal feeling's and/or attitudes. Replace old equipment that is used during the hiring process with new equipment.
