It sometimes feels like Florida is treated as the 'stepchild' compared to other locations, especially since pay scales in Texas and Georgia are higher since leadership there. I hope to see more balanced salary, recognition and opportunities for all regions in the future.

Our retirement plan is awful, our medical benefits are getting worse every single year I've already get paid below average here now add the extra cost of living in Florida we are a paycheck away from being homeless.
