Contributing to the future of electronic communications.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have good camaraderie and are great about supporting one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I had group interviews with several hiring managers. Each had a great set of questions and were invested in my responses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My organization works to support 40% of annual revenue, but we are constantly underpaid given local cost of living conditions. HR compares salaries in the industry, and we are underpaid (nearly across the board), but there is never money for raises.
