The benefits and things they relayed at the interview but not necessarily the case when hired

Equality, communication, and stop telling on others to move up but the individual is not a great employee doing their job either.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes.... assigned tasks that align with my pay and title, instead of doing several employees and managers job just be denied promotions and compensation reflects that of employees just starting to work for the company
