from the start, there has been bullying and emotional rule changes. the policy seems to have opened up to favoritism. employees are forced to work in a hostile environment and are told that they do not have to work here if they complain. coworkers are pitted up against each other like entertainment.

the smiles and encouraging talk of teamwork and how their policy was set up to help and benefit the 'team members'.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is so mudh favoritism as the policies have been left open to do so. this causes an unfairness that leaves some feeling undervalued. there is snyde remarks and treatment. and you work for a year to earn a vacation, thenthe world is in crisis, and you forget about it, they take it away from you!
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are not team according to the supervisors. it has been made clear that you do not have to pick up where another left off, or finish a job that was left unfinished. there is not any teamwork encouraged or expected from employees, in fact, employees have been told not to act as a team here.
