The managers set good example to their employees by communicating and finding grounds that provide a good work place environment for every body.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Tom Hays and his new leadership team only care about themselves and don’t care about normal team members. They are driving down employee morale and losing good employees. Culture is completely different than when Doonie Smith was CEO as he truly cared about team members and was genuine unlike Tom
