Just how informative it was leaving knowing what I should expect work will be and what they expect from me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you like family and not like your just an employee with a badge number. Which is surprising with the number of team members employed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses and incentives an extra a hour just for showing up and time and ½ for anything after 8 hours x2 for Sundays and x3 for holiday
What are some of the best things about your team?
One goal to get the best product out as quick as possible while doing it in a safely manner and letting people know if they feel they might get injured doing something they might not even realize that they are doing. I got your back!!!!
