We work as a team we are treated fairly and if we don't know something then our manager we stop whatever it is she is doing and show us

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Talking to the employees with respects. Coming up with a way to relay information effectively. Realizing that it is a job and not your whole life and things come up periodically and you may need to call out of work. Other than that I think they do a great job. Aybe they could help out with tasks
