Supervisor was upfront comprehensive and understandable about scheduling
That there was no interview. I walked in and asked for a job then the manager messaged me on Facebook telling me to come at 6 the next morning.
At first they were professional but it didnt last
I filled out the application amd was hired without him even looking over it

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was easy because I never received an interview. I took the Subway University test in one day and was making sandwiches the next... Closing the store by the end of the week by myself. Again it reflects on poor management.
Actually keep there word after hiring you
Not much on this part they do a normal job for interviews

Actually interview people instead of hiring whoever walks through the door
A liar and not very honest about how the way they run their business
The interview process as far as it's after you get on
The area manager Rachel literally just sat there and talked shit about everyone and put everyones personal business out there and also told me her whole life story about both her husbands are in prison

Well the interview was fine but the managers arent incredibly helpful when you're confused on what to do. I had to help my coworker sign up

A professional atmosphere and positive attitude would help
dont start people same day as interview, tell the person how much theyre going to be manimg.
What interview i was just hired
They need to be shut down for good
