Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hourly is not fair for a restaurant manager. You cannot fire us for talking to sandwich artists and telling them to get off their smartphones and stop texting in front of customers

I feel like I need more hours and more pay because I have more experience than everybody. I’ve gotten less hours just because of what others feel about m

Because the store manager has been taking my tips and I have text she says she does and that she turns them into corporate which by law in the state of Ms that's considered wage theft

Just wanted to be treated with some respect it isn't hard. My toddler can do it. Made me feel less than because I was the most recent hire yet the only one that actually worked when I came in. I want my missed day that I should've had if it wasn't for some stupid beef with dearest manager.

Higher pay, any benefits. Any help for overtime/weekend. Literally anything.

Compensation is satisfactory but benefits leave much to be desired.

If they fixed the issues

I have to assume the position of a manager and tell people to pick up the pace then the immature kids report me cause they feel as if I'm attacking them. They don't understand how a job works. The manager doesn't talk to me about issues so they just took my tomorrow shift from me

Evetything. I over worked myself. Tryed to get ebrything done in a timing mannor, CLOSING. To be told i SHOULD work off the clock to clean more? I told my OWNER about CHEMICAL BURNS TO MY SKIN, for NOTHING TO BE OFFERED OR DONE but to stop working the sink..... now the sink is filled NOTtoProcedure.

I holidays weekends on the clock off the clock ..over time .and alone .I worked all the covid pandemic .Just wanted to keep my job

I work my shift. Do Every job that is asked of me, I complete every task form and all type of paperwork, down to saving my cash in report deposits. Yet I am constantly told my work is not enough, that I do not properly completely tasks and do not help with cleaning. Which is 100% not true.

Inflation has hit hard and I feel like it takes too long to receive a well deserved raise.

Better pay, we get diddly squat for tips but they justify that as a means to pay us less

I could get paid more, they dont want to give me my PTO, unrealistic standards from franchisee

I never gotten paid or received no call about it

I work hard and pick up after others slack but i feel under valued when managment or direct managment ignore when attempt to reach out about a concern i also feel under valued when no one can explain why hrs ate getting cut

How we are treated is horrible

Lower pay, and changed my shifts without my permission.

I am a nightshift closer I have worked at this store on and off for 3 yrs.in January this yr I will be making 5 cents above min.wage...we have never recieved evaluation ..and I quit and a yr and half ago becuase I waited 2 montjs for a raise.then my owner did not want to give back pay...
