We are forced to work one person per shift most of the time. Even on busy season. The manager pockets the profits that she saved.

They treat work like school the have thin skin and can't take confrontation 3 employees have busted out crying next to me and 2 have had mental breakdowns it's like running a preschool and I'm one of the only one who cares to try and do something about it and better the store cause it's MY JOB

Not ganging up on each other and harassing and embarrassing employees on the subway employee messaging group on Facebook Messenger.
To stop gossiping and making everything feel like highschool. If the general manager does not like me, I should not hear that out of employees mouth's. It was very unprofessional.
Communcation and and to have respect and i wish they would understand about alot most stuff
we dont even have meetings.
I have never had a problem with any of my coworkers until my gm started askinng all of them if they liked me and so forth. they all started talking about me behind my back and with the gm.
