I have some people who give me their all. I have others that were hired and who are only there for a pay check, DG is my baby and I've been putting my 110% in. It seems like I'm the only one who cares

We are on process with truck we dont have an empacted stock room

we get the job done and keep everything nice and tidy

The afternoon people get thing done but the morning people need to work get there team moving

Actual communication from everyone. There's no reason the distribution centers should be putting undo stress on store employees and the amount of work that takes to correct their mistakes breeds tension between coworkers
