Making sure there are enough hours to schedule so that no one is working by themselves more than 3 hours, there should be manager or assistant manager in the store from open to close if customers need to talk to them , a lead / key carrier shouldn't have to deal with customer complaints, questions

Someone will explain what we get because right now being part-time you don't get nothing and even less part-time or take a lot of group from our customers that no one else has to.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. I am writing to express my concern about compensation as a key holder. My research indicates that my pay is significantly below average and I do as much work as a manager at my current store. It could have been a more positive environment as well.
I have some people who give me their all. I have others that were hired and who are only there for a pay check, DG is my baby and I've been putting my 110% in. It seems like I'm the only one who cares

Everything performance wise is going excellent, its just certain things that need to be addressed because it seems like everyone is getting forgotten about with pay raises because of the economy or just too busy to actually pay attention to there own employees
