I am the leadership team, I have the cleanest store in the area,
Yhe manager is great shes a team player and works hard
I don't know the leadership team
My DM came up in the ranks and understands our issues. The only reason I still work here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually working at entry level to experience what we go through daily. Too many higher ups have never worked on the floor
Work / home life given to employees and respect
Being there for they staff
communication, preparation, anything related to actually dealing with people
Working with the employees and not against them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the compensation package is OK
I don't know anything about it

I work with people who have become close friends, but always left in the dark when it comes to operations.
I believe it is fair for the job that I am required to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay difference given to individual employees not based on work value but gender
They need to oay more for the amount of workload on managers and associates
If we were heard and seen as ppl. Alot if changes need to come. Their stuck in running things the old fashion way when times have changed
Inflation has caused everything except my pay to go up. Makes no sense. Cost of living is high for the little guy.
Yes, cause I applied for management job all the time and nobody gets back to me and getting through your app literally is terrible the manager say if you want a job and there's an opening come to my office and you could fill it out that never happened why you get bigger and bigger than people get sm

Fact that we come together a a family team structure and support each other throughout.

The number one thing we all work as a team
Amazing crew the best, yes you always have one that doesnt do much, but they all have there strenghts
The team is like family
They rock and we all work together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work expectations but due to pay it's usually all left to management to stock, recover, customer service, office work,etc
Be more willing to help and work as a team
Stop giving management to people who don't work more than 3 hrs for a 6 hr shift
Listening and taking constructive criticism.
Should become more knowledgeable, proactive, better communication practices, and innovation.,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers are positive and become your regular and everyone is nice and friendly.

Stay positive for your crew
The team members working together
Nothing really the environment is nit so good
Most of the customers are pleasant.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate leadership doesn't understand the day to day workings of the stores that make the money to pay their salaries!
Work life balance, realistic work load
Better training and more teamwork
More family culture needs to be happening
Drop the "woke" stupidity. DEI is a crutch for the lame. This company goes beyond lame.

It was a normal interview

Seeing happy customers walking in the doors
Personally, I love merchandising. When I complete an end cap or a storefront display, I take pride in it.
Coming in to be with my dollar tree family.

I'm glad i gave a job that pays decent and i love what i do, just wish i had more of me to make my team better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to step out of the office and work 24 hours starting on our T1 and ending on T2 with the aame amount of hours and ppl they exspect us to work with
The safety and cleanliness of some stores are not adequate. Policies and procedures need to be reevaluated. Pay raises need to happen across the board or there will be no one coming to work I fear.
Honestly getting better upper management with a heart would help tremendously
Hold people accountable for the things that they do and they don't do
Stop the top from being greedy and pass a little more to those making their dollars

Weekly pay and able to advance, but there's a glass ceiling.

Team work dependency on one another. My big improvement would be on myself. taking care of the one's around me has been a part of my day to day life. Never is there me time I'm a loveing outgoing person. Spiritual
