They are typically decent human beings
everything though work experience is amazing
If you apply for a full-time job, well that's what we should get they put you on the schedule and you find out you have 12 hours. I'm home my son's in the army. I have bills you think the manager would tell you that you're not getting 40 hours you think archer would tell you that nope I think Dollar

Making sure there are enough hours to schedule so that no one is working by themselves more than 3 hours, there should be manager or assistant manager in the store from open to close if customers need to talk to them , a lead / key carrier shouldn't have to deal with customer complaints, questions

Inflation has caused everything except my pay to go up. Makes no sense. Cost of living is high for the little guy.
Yes, cause I applied for management job all the time and nobody gets back to me and getting through your app literally is terrible the manager say if you want a job and there's an opening come to my office and you could fill it out that never happened why you get bigger and bigger than people get sm
My store is always critically staffed so I never make sales bonus. Store hasn't qualified for sales bonus in over 5 years
My wages actually covering my bills
We hild each other up and work together we're like a big family trying to make it

The safety and cleanliness of some stores are not adequate. Policies and procedures need to be reevaluated. Pay raises need to happen across the board or there will be no one coming to work I fear.
Honestly getting better upper management with a heart would help tremendously
