Terrible, only employed for 6 months and in thr amount of time i was promoted to assistant store manager!! I was very excited and happy but definitely not prepared. My store manager and district manager kept lowering my hours week after week so one day I just up and quit!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and discipline. Someone more experienced in management.

A better district manager and better store manager and better communication

Honestly i dont know. The dm is leaving so hopefully the next is better. But why would I care, im no longer employed
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about a team is communication. Having trens causes to much drama. Having an inexperienced store manager makes work challenging. But as for me and my crew we were ok. Some respected me and others did not
