I quit 5 months ago. But I loved it. I was the server. I did not make the food. But was a great job. People were friendly and the coils were awesome!

I dont have one because my coworkers have yet to tell me when and how to sign up for one. Otherwise I'd say the Insurance or 401K

The work is not equal to the pay

I feel undervalued because I'm just as important as other workers that get better pay then me but have a smaller position I would feel better if I was treated like the other employees

I feel undervalued because the job market is over saturated and I received no benefits. The hours are terrible and they know that they can hire a new employee at anytime due to unemployment rates.

When we have a big job to do we all help eachother out get it all done fast and super clean! And we always make sure everyone we are serving is happy and satisfied.

They dont communicate effectively, they dont help you achieve more, they ignore your calls and texts, make u work sick &get mad when u cant.

Some of my co-workers need to learn to follow directions from management and take care of their job duties rather transferring problems with others because they do not want to do their job duties. Others are great but they need to learn to stand firm toward the people below them
