I've been an assistant manager at a store similar but bigger than Dollar General so I'm not really learning anything new
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just don't like the Managers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not that my co workers need to improve I'm just the kind of person that goes to work to work and not to play around
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working together as a team because some people would rather go off and do their own thing instead of helping someone else so that the work could get done faster
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I'm just as important as other workers that get better pay then me but have a smaller position I would feel better if I was treated like the other employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its just a kind of slow pace job so it makes the day go by slower whuch makes me feel like I've been at work for ever but we tend to get busy during the evening
