Remembering staff are himan beings and do have a life outside of work with kids and family. Especially when working minimum wage... its not really worth the pay.

Coworkers who take their job seriously and have pride in what they do are amazing people to work with but they are EXTREMELY rare and very hard to find in today's entitled teenage mentality.

Actually verify application information and talk to former employers. The person that is interviewed is rarely the same person who shows up to work. Everyone puts their best face on in the interview. It's their past work performance that should be taken into consideration ahead of their interview.

The intense need for better quality employees as well as more understanding and support from the executive higher-ups. STOP TELLING THE STORE YOU ARE COMING!!!! Visit them completely without notice so you can see what these stores really look like. It's always RUSH FIX when the big wigs are coming.
