I love how our legion allegiant app stores and communication or upper management has with the stores that it's important to the individuals that work there one big family
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork that's what we have we work together very well I mean you know the schedule you get that's what you work and we just take care of each other and that's what makes the store flow
What makes you most happy at work?
Going that extra mile to help the customer cuz that's the reason why we're there and also helping the individuals that work there it makes an overall 100% writing with your store it's how you treat others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well I'm part-time but you get the opportunity to invest in stocks in the 401K and I would advise everyone to do that in this damn time because you never know how the economy is going to be in the future
