As a shift at my location for 8/9 years our store has come a long way & with new shifts coming onto the team with a great understanding on the job it will help feel that much more at ease wotb how the store is going throughout the day.
It was a really good and very
Good Communication with their team
Most are experienced but my problem is with one not
The team are all inviting and always have patience. They never shout or degrade you when theres a mistake. Its sorted constructively with a view of preventing thenissue in future
Commitment, honesty and grest leadership
Influence. Inspire. Motivating and welcomed.
My supervisors are all very understanding.
We all work together to provide the best customer experience.
they're always willing to help
Their ability to connect with barista's as well as making themselves accessible
My trainer is tough, but my DM is amazing.
My manager is killing it with making us feeling special and uphold standard of working but please listen to us more.
Flexable when needed. Work together when something comes up
They are kind and understanding.
Uplifting, supportive, enclusive, transparent and genuine
They are very fun and interactive
They're supportive and want to help you.
Communication is always good with them.
They are cool and nice.
Holding team members and leads accountable and actually learn how to be a leader, take some leadership classes.
everything they can barely be on bar let alone manage
Leadership team as in corp. not my team at my location. Taking care of the workers.
Scheduling and staffing and covering when no one else can come in. Still needs a lot of training.
Hearing their employees and acting change, listening to us and not siding with the customers, listening to their employees and understanding, we are their backbone, not their customers
equality of treatment and outcomes
My manager is horrible she thinks it is a popularity contest, she plays favorites, she does not set a good example for the company of a good manager
Paying attention to their partners (employees and coworkers)
Listening to the people working on the floor probably also actually work on the floor to understand
Give feedback to help improve performance instead of just telling what worker doing wrong with no way of doing better
They need to realize they ARE the change the company needs. Are your employees unhappy? Do they get a ton of callouts? There is most likely a reason, and when this reason is brought up, shrugging and saying "That's the way things are" is disheartening. Those are our champions and fearless leaders.
papa noel is the best
Take the time to development their teams. Reevaluate those put in management roles. Just because they can speak Starbucks doesn't mean they are worthy. Actually look through the lens of humanity. Everything you decide affects our livelihoods not just the company's bottom line.
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership is not holding partners accountable to the Starbucks standard. Responsible, capable partners are working harder and longer with no incentives for the extra work, while other partners are regularly calling off, showing up late, and underproducing which is not supporting the team.
Management needs to enforce equality and hold everyone to the same standards.
Shifts were good and staff is nice just new mngmnt awefull
They need to hire the right people
Focusing on development and taking into foncideration all employees. Working on discrimination against youth
Doing small things to boost morale.
Invest in the store that exist. Invest in the employees that are already there. Stop trying to expand and increase profit margins instead of paying us what we are worth.
