What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actually doing what we say. Really caring enough to spend the money and try. Spend the energy trying to please, conform, or dominate doing actually meaningful work. Stop abusing and using good and well meaning people. Appreciate them. Pay them loads more. Reduce ridic cost of insurance.

Pay, work-life balance, labor needs

Tenure benefits and simplifying literally all aspects of the business. We are behind the times

More resources, more fun events and more wfh days

Bring leaders with proper technical accumen

People need to be happy

We need an entire new staff.

They need to pay the employees a living wage and provide better work life balance and mental health benefits that are BETTER than what exists.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better environment needs to happen.

Review from Marketing Dept

Human Resources has taken over the company and does little to no work except create additional work for others

Review from Operations Dept

The big issue is local leadership- starbucks needs to take a closer look at what SM's and DM's are really doing at stores.

Management management management management management

Review from Sales Dept

Get rid of the 'just say yes' policy. It's creating a customer base that we don't want to help. Stop rewarding bad customer behavior. Don't just look at the crunch numbers. Listen to us and take our concerns and complaints into account when making decisions.

Review from Product Dept

Decisions and action is hard to accomplish due to the niceness of the culture, it is annoyingly nice.

Review from IT Dept

No focus on individuality or how people are doing

Review from Customer Support Dept

my director either needed to be retrained or let go as she cannot embrace the ideals of the company

Review from Customer Support Dept

The effort put into making everyone feel comfortable, meaning, making opportunities more available for better results from people

Review from Product Dept

I don't think anything really needs to change right now to make company culture better. Starbucks is doing a wonderful job right now in making the culture better for partners and customers.

Review from Operations Dept

My store in particular is generally understaffed for the sheer amount of business we do. It makes running a shift comfortably incredibly difficult. Because of this we've been having trouble maintaining a positive environment. When we're staffed appropriately everyone is much more comfortable.

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone is mostly friendly and optimistic, not much needs to change in my store
