What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very relaxed and comfortable

Structured process. Thats what makes it easy and clean.

nothing at all they just ask abut my experience and one of my manger ask me, why customer always choose the starbucks as their coffee shop, i said the coffee itself, but my manager told is not about the coffee its abut the experience

The lead I had worked with back then was clear, friendly, and open.

My store Maneger is so sweet and very kind . I like her.

Review from Sales Dept

The welcoming vibe of the original managment team. They made me proud to work at Starbucks, they made me want to pick up more hours. The baristas i saw working, looked like they were having a great time and enjoying not only the shared space with each other, but the customers as well.

The coffee tasting was amazing and really makes tou feel introduced to the starbucks family

personal questions and youthful interviewers

It was very quick: I got offered the interview, interviewed, and was offered the job all within a week.

Why should they are hired

Getting a free beverage at the interview

I was given the opportunity to tell my story

Review from Operations Dept

It was a pleasant experience.

Very straightforward, just checking to make sure you can talk a little bit and have good intentions

I loved the emailed questions with the ability to go over answers. It was amazing to know what to expect and what the topics would be like.

Review from Sales Dept

The Introduction to the team

Seeking the passion about work and the interacting with the people

Review from Sales Dept

Realistic expectations were set. Schedules were negotiable.

I like that the questions were experience based.

It terrifying, honestly like a roller coaster

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

More organizing, less interviews, better criteria, less bs in interview final recs

We will hire anyone, so the team suffers because people are there for the free drinks

Bipoc focus has clearly shifted the landscape of those wh were being groomed into future roles. Spent 5 years deving for DM, sent through training; was even going to get a tla, but the procoess was handled with the most biased decision making i have ever scene: i auestioned if the pendulums would go

Transparency, dignity, respect, missions and values

Review from Operations Dept

The recruiters have no understanding of the positions they recruit for.

Making sure the people that are starting understand everything they sign and know where to get help when needed

Bring good practises to the table and make sure teams get involved in the process

Never let youre future employees scared to work for you

The store manager could be more friendly and not read questions right off a computer screen.

Make them get rid of the bias

Review from Customer Support Dept

Be honest. Stop preaching about culture and be honest about the little pay for the hard work.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

They like to just hire people on the spot.

Review from Sales Dept

Be less about them and more about the employees

Review from Sales Dept

The fact that it’s not so up

Review from Marketing Dept

the environment of the interview

Review from Sales Dept

Have a district manager interview them first, then a manager and an assistant or shift supervisor do a second interview, with any of them having the power of veto.
