Great team peers. We are all holding each other up.
We don't have any meetings!?
So far, 3+ years, they have done what was needed without fuss. There have been no meetings, which is wonderful. If I need to know something they tell me. Easy peasy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no meetings, no contact between tutors, no response from support staff.
It's not coworkers the people who we need to email and the customer service are Just garbage people And do not deserve to have any honest employees for the way they treat their workers.
I never interacted with other tutors and rarely heard from actual management, but the darn AI emails never stopped coming!

Occasionally issues are addressed but there is no confirmation email so I am not aware at first that the problem was corrected.
