COMMUNICATION!!! Respecting tutors' time, especially the tutors for schools programs.
communication with their tutors. on time payment. transparent policies.
They need to listen to people that have worked in the industry. Working with schools isn't like working directly with consumers.
The leadership team at Varsity Tutors needs to improve transparency and accountability. They take weeks to resolve issues and often falsely terminate tutors for providing constructive criticism. Prioritizing quicker resolutions and fostering an open dialogue would enhance trust and support
