Nothing comes to mind at this time
The promoted culture is based on good work ethics and principles - so if team members are actually invested in the essence of the culture, things could be great. But when profit becomes the driver, culture becomes more of just a window tint to keep things looking good from the outside.
the culture is toxic and gross
Our ISM's. It's not just lip service. We live them.
Upbeat, fast, lots of learning growing
Culture is set up upfront
The company helps their local communities
It's a very inclusive environment.
Our culture is everything! That’s why I joined the company! What we believe in is always reflect
The best part about the culture is the ISMs.
Great culture, lots of hustle but coworkers are positive and open to helping others out
We will figure it out!

We're very relaxed on the IT side. Very comfortable clothing choices, able to have visible tats and piercings- if you can do the work well, they only care about that. You are encouraged to speak up, and you can reach out to all levels of leadership.
Review from Marketing Dept
The petty hype culture is all a facade. Upper management is totally detached from day to day ops and all they care about is new sales, not current partner/client retention or employee satisfaction. They hustle you into the dirt and then will replace you.
Lose the gaslighting, the toxic positivity, and the insistence on underpaying people.
fire the management, stop the sweat shop!

Stop firing people or demoting people without cause.
actually have leaders that follow the isms.
