What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was over 13 years ago, but the people I interviewed with were knowledgeable in the area
Listed, communication, attentive and professional
It was more focused on approach rather than timing of the results
People understood the job and were not wondering why I was being interviewed

i think that now it is very difficult because a lot of people wants to join in and the process is very different as the ones we have in my country
