Only stayed this long due to it being conveniently located. Almost all management is incompetent. Higher ups care more about make time than quality and accuracy. Overall a pain.

Manager was very easily impressed.

Getting a discount on pizza...even though I have to make it myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of opportunities to advance. As a cook, we do not have any incentives to do well. I.e. other team members get tips for good performance from customers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensate cooks for lack of opportunities to get tips and being overwork. In addition, compensate Pizzahut team members for working and being exposed to people during a health pandemic.
