Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have work for Pizza Hut almost six years I've been promised raises management positions benefits. I have not received I feel they're taking advantage of me because of my age and due to the fact that I live in a rule area and there is very limited employment opportunities

I feel like I was given so little hours just to fill in the gaps. If they give me more hours I wouldn't be feeling this way.

They had very positive things to say and seemed to be good culture. But the interview process is long. I met with 7 people to interview with for my Senior Manager job.
