I'm underpaid I still make minimum wage after 6 years the main manager frequently puts his job duties on me he goes far as to literally leaves when he gets there and he will not come back at leaving me to close up the store it's very negative
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My work environment is stressful hostile manipulative basic gruul such as OSHA aren't even followed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers need to improve on relations with in the organization with the customers I think that they are lacking end almost every category imaginable
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I really didn't get very many interview questions I feel they just hired me on the fact I'm a disabled vet and I don't have very many employment options available to me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager won't even use his given name he bullies the employees who boys people who perceives is better than him they do favoritism and they lose customers right and left due to their devious and slanderous ways
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have work for Pizza Hut almost six years I've been promised raises management positions benefits. I have not received I feel they're taking advantage of me because of my age and due to the fact that I live in a rule area and there is very limited employment opportunities
