If there were enough people to fill all positions at any given time you would see better b2b and more productivity. Instead you cut labor and expect more productivity. That makes 0 sense. Horrible business model. Again, fully staff the units and we will be able to give the guest a great experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop expecting so much from so few employees. Your turnover will constantly take major hits if you keep that up. Pizza Hut is not a fun workplace. Anyone saying otherwise is lying to themselves.

I need to be paid more. I'm the hardest worker on my team and I deserve more

Service is bad. Need to better utilize the labor that we are given in order to obtain higher and faster productivity.

Guests are not getting the best experience possible. Start by allowing more labor usage in each unit. This will cure alot of issues. "Sales cures all" is a lie, especially when you do get more sales but have no extra help to fulfill that demand. More labor = happier customers, and more productivity.

We need better scheduling, and seniority should be better appreciated. It seems we are at the mercy of the manager. If you are his favorite, you get all the hours, if not, you get whatever is left. We also should only be hiring full and part-time employees. Too many hires only work 5-10 hrs a week.
