When I'm actually complimented on my good service and hard work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was doing shift leader work at cashier pay. My store manager was very rude
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all would go above and beyond to make the shift run smoothly and to prepare for next shift
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When I went to interview they made degrading comments about some formers employees and customers. I would like less of that behavior
