My GM and OM show the appreciation an employee like myself needs to do my job amd be happy about it. They are great examples. Everyone can improve. If I would have an idea or better way of doing things they would stop and hear me out. I feel i can approach them about negative and positive issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together through the drama that comes along. Together we are learning to keep our heads down through it and do our jobs. With a smile. Still perfectimg that but always learning.

Some need better attitudes and others just need to do their work without looking for an excuse why they can't.

If they came to work. Or get written up for calling off, I would be in better spirits. It hurts everyone when 1 person calls off.

Empathy would be beneficial. Each shift has their own projects that are just as important as the others. If anyone drops the ball, it could effect the next couple shifts. Do your job so other can do theirs.

Honesty would be nice. They intentionally mislead then they cut shares and change the bonus the second you get in you realize all goals are moving targets.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate needs to have a sit down talk with Loves Store 61s GM. Or he needs to be let go. He is costing our store business and is very rude to not only his employees but the customers as well.

Room for advancement, family owned and operated is very apparent with this company and I feel I am treated very fairly.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Even perfect communication can be improved. No matter how great you think it is you should always be striving to make it even better. You can't create an amazing team if the team isn't comminicating. Comminication creates great work enviroments and that helps build great work ethic! Just my opinion.
