It's been an up and down road. For the most part it is a good job and lucky to have and make the pay I did.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The manger at the time was friendly and very detailed about the job duties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 410K. How quickly you can start building it up and the health benefits are cheap but very nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show by example. They are real good about telling you what the problem is but not how to fix it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need better attitudes and others just need to do their work without looking for an excuse why they can't.
