I am undervalued extremely and I feel my management has something against me.

The leadership team besides the am is the worst I have ever worked for. The worst atmosphere I have ever worked at
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to all come together and figure something out. I'm tired of trying for this place if there is no growth to be had
