I've worked with some great company's but this is absolutely the worst experience I've worked.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nothing any different but explain the 3exams are going to be presented in the first week.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training, give a person a chance to get started. Put more focus on developing a training program not a drill team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training; be a good example of your company values that you look for from your employees. Stop thinking someone is a machine which will A's 3 exams in the first week of employment with no connection or recap from a human.
