What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training; be a good example of your company values that you look for from your employees. Stop thinking someone is a machine which will A's 3 exams in the first week of employment with no connection or recap from a human.

New managers. This place just needs help and I hope it is seen and not just looked over because they will be on their best behavior in the moments of someone looking at them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how I was invited. It went so great I did not see the toxic environment at all. That's what made me sad when I actually stepped into my new roll. It went well I saw no red flags. It was amazing.

No one advocates for the people at the bottom. We are constantly walked over and disregarded. Management is only in it for themselves. And HR is right there beside them.
