Our company was bought just recent. I am disappointed with ADESA not carvana. The managers are horrible. They are always talking bad about one another employees never show up. If you make a mistake the walls hear about it. Our GM sides and only hears from one of his managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many hats are worn. And it is voiced.
What makes you most happy at work?
The end of the day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New managers. This place just needs help and I hope it is seen and not just looked over because they will be on their best behavior in the moments of someone looking at them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how I was invited. It went so great I did not see the toxic environment at all. That's what made me sad when I actually stepped into my new roll. It went well I saw no red flags. It was amazing.
