What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.

The Management team at Carvana/ADESA Memphis are true rockstars. They wouldn't as an employee to do something that they themselves wouldn't, or haven't done. It's appreciated by us employees, too!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making realistic numbers to hit. Getting jobs done correctly instead of so fast. I would rather have a repair done on my car correctly rather than quickly and half assed. Management weds to listen and take your considerations into effect instead of hearing it and doing nothing about it

Everything. Team leader is worse than a trash can. Does not listen to drivers, plays favorites, will build points on individual drivers who disagree with him and not do anything to others. Has fired driver over warning but does nothing for others who were at fault in accidents.

They need to be more human and stop acting like they are better than you just because they're a manager. Also they need to learn to take advice and criticisms when someone clearly has more knowledge on things when they know absolutely nothing about cars.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They will literally hire some random person off the street that knows nothing about cars, hire them at a T3 at 25hr yet they barely can flip a burger much less work on vehicles. Its just wild how reckless that company is tbh. Theres no longevity working there anymore.

Dedicated, but the management in the parts department is to say the lease, a miss managed, dis organized mess! Degrading to the employee's. Heath ohio carvana needs a once over. Management has not payed over due bills. With tires and dealers. Management degrades and has employee's feel worthless.

It's a mix of good positive people, everyone helps everyone and someone always has something positive to say. It's a good hub, but my supervisor is restricted from promoting his own crew, because of the unnecessary red tape that restricts him from building a better team. Great super, just restricted

Cars on the lot constantly get demolished, stolen, parts get stolen, the wrong people get hired constantly, heck someone literally got robbed at gun point in cafeterias bathroom and thats IN THE MAIN BUILDING!!! They didnt even tell anyone they just started putting up no gun signs.
