Long hours, 50 hours 5-6 days a week. Zero recognition, extremely low moral. Upper managment is non exsistant. No opportunity for advancement. Raises and bonuses are retracted as well as sign on bonuses. Corners are cut to make unrealistic deadlines. Training is promised but very seldom delivered.
