The personalities and authenticity of everyone involved, as well as the efficiency of the Coordinators.

That you get to meet a wide variety of people you'd interact with during your day to day. Not just the hiring manager and someone from HR - you really get a good sense of what you'd be doing and who you would be interacting with.
