I have had a good experience working at Sweetwater. I think it is important to keep in mind, that this is a corporate work environment. But, I truly believe it is one of the best corporates you can work for in our area. It seems like everyone's favorite part of working here is the coworkers.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Working at Sweetwater has been an enjoyable experience. I have had the pleasure of working in multiple departments and have had a great experience in each role. The ability to move around and grow is great. But, the best of all is the people! Sweetwater has a knack for picking quality individuals.

It is the people. Always the people.

Yet again, the people. Always the people.

I could not ask for a better boss!

The kind and funny people I work with!

I wish I was paid more (but so does everyone, right?! :))

The people! Collective interest in music and values makes for a positive work environment.

I enjoy the positivity on my team! Everyone seems just as eager to learn, as they are to teach.

I enjoy being around my co-workers. Each of them are kind and compassionate, and make being at work enjoyable.

Our health insurance is very reasonable and the opportunity for wellness credits for those in good health is a great addition.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Sweetwater makes it clear to care for you as a person first, and employee second. There is no shame in being a human at Sweetwater.

The collaboration between each department feel like it truly is a team effort. I think that everyone embraces and recognizes that it would not work without everyone's efforts.

It always comes back to the people. Sweetwater truly takes time in picking out quality individuals. This is reflected when working alongside each and every department, at every level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sweetwater partners with many local businesses and companies in the area to get the employee's discounts or special perks. I think it is a great way to encourage our employees to support and shop locally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about Sweetwater's leadership team is their approachability. They do not feel out of reach, or completely out of touch from the every day work. They make going to them with questions/problems/suggestions easy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe that Sweetwater really takes time in picking out good quality people that support the vision of 'always doing the right thing'. Being at Sweetwater more than likely makes you a musician, or at the very least, a lover of music. There is collective interest that connects us all.
