What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work very hard to not only grow the business and serve our customers the best way, but they also work to protect our culture and provide a great experience for our employees as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an energy when you walk thru the building. With a workforce of extremely talented and creative people, you can't help but have a great culture. It's the people that make this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're amazing.. While we're split into a couple of different groups to serve the company, we still work closely together, communicate with each other and have fun. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have work that is usually fulfilling, I get to work with great people that make the day fun, and I have a fantastic manager who always make sure we're okay with our workload, acknowledges good work. Oh, and the day is even better when one of the desert options is peanut butter pie!
