What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Chipforce is ruining a manager's ability to fulfill their scheduling role. PHC is gone so now restaurants are not prepared for service. Seen this at multiple restaurants that otherwise used to have service coverage because of menulink PHC. Also, not being able to track labor throughout the day issue

Company constantly brags about record breaking sales yet insists we work more with less people. restaurant managers are far from miracle workers. WE can't keep talented people when they have to work Friday nights with 5 people.

Allow the time to properly train people and new people. Stop pushing unrealistic standards and goals that can not be achieved with what we are given. Focus on the failing facilities at so many stores. Let the throughput video actually be a real thing. I have never seen 6 or more people on the line

Less work load. Too many things to multi task and pay attention too, especially within management. We have the bodies, but we can't give them hours to train and focus on things that need to be done. Insane that at a store level we have a margin of 40%.

300 characters is not enough to list what can be improved. For starters when the higher ups come to the store it is frustrating when the ridicule every little thing, when in reality when was it the last time they have worked at Chipotle on the line! The things they want us to do, don't work!
