Honestly they need a better hiring system. The company hires new people at a higher wage than the people with experience who have already been there longer. And they usually come in with bad attitudes about the business anyways. Bad business for everyone.

I applied for the same location 3 times before I finally got an interview. I assume that there was discrimination involved because the overall racial demographic is something I don't reflect.
