I’ve worked for this company for over 3 years and have constantly been underpaid and overworked. They treat the management team like animals and when we get to the point where we even get sick
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly they need a better hiring system. The company hires new people at a higher wage than the people with experience who have already been there longer. And they usually come in with bad attitudes about the business anyways. Bad business for everyone.
